This Valley is an outstanding cultural landscape of great beauty, historic towns and villages. It is the third biggest French Region of wine production and the second for the production of sparkling wines. This region offers a great diversity of dry and semi-sweet white and rose wines, dessert wines, and full bodied and complex red wines as well as a wonderful array of sparkling wines.
